Dragon Age Inquisition doesn't start?

Here's the settings I tried that worked for me:
Control Panel > Intel HD Graphics > 3D > Changed "Conservative Morphological Anti-Aliasing" to "Override Application Settings". By default, this was turned off. "Enhance Application Settings" also seems to work but I do not understand the full technical differences.

I was having a crash at startup issue and this fixed it!
I'm on a laptop with an i7-4600U.
You are amazing. I actually love you right now. Intel HD Graphics users this works. I can confirm as of right now it works completely. I am so ecstatic. <3 xD
