Dragon age inquisition final boss game breaking glitch

Community AdminSomething should trigger at the 50% health part, apparently it's not doing so. Can you try a full restart of your system, then try again?
Does reloading from the Skyhold milestone save help?
Hi, so far that has not helped. Will try again, already run through twice without success.
I somehow managed to get the trigger by running down the stairs, corypheus was just having hiccups until i reached bottom, then the dragon cutscene triggered.

I am having the same issue on the PS4 version; when the final boss's health reaches about 50 percent the game screen goes dark then loads for a few minutes before reappearing with the boss glitching. I have tried reloading multiple saves, restarts, and even gone back several hours to change choices companions etc. all well with no success. The video I made unfortunately refuses to upload.
