To me it sounds like the save is corrupted, so do you have an older save that can be tried?? So instead of continue or loading the most recent save, try an older save and see if it works.
Alternate try would be to start a new game and then see if a save works on it as well.
@mcsupersport I tried loading an older save, (The second most recent one) and it didn't work, I'll have to try the new game options and maybe also try to pick a slightly older save as well. If it is corrupted save files is there a way to fix that?
Community ManagerIt does sound more like a corrupted save since you can't really mod DAI on the console. If you have a save before it started happening, manually load that save, save that game as a new save so you don't overwrite the game.
Quit the game, then manually load it back into the new save and test it.
