Dragon Age Inquisition Freezing at Loading Screen After loading a Save

I would like to start of by saying that I have contacted both microsoft help for the xbox and now EA.  Basically I've been playing Dragon Age Inquisition on my xbox series x for the past month now...

    I have that dlc but I haven't loaded into it, assuming its like story after the main story kind of dlc
