Hi @ivykisss.
I think I misunderstood the initial question. You haven't purchased DA:I through Steam, but you own the game in Origin?
If that's the case, I'm afraid you would need to purchase the game in Steam if you wanted to play it through the Steam client. Since Steam and Origin are separate platforms, owning the game on one of them wouldn't grant access through the other.

@EA_KentI own it on Steam but it takes me to origin and tries to make me buy it there before launching.. very frustrating as i dont want to buy it again, so how do i make it work on steam?

It sounds like you might just need to link up your Steam account with your EA Account.
