Dragon Age Inquisition Install Data Corrupted Messege

Ok so i just started playing DA:I again after all the dlc was released and im having a problem. I dont know if its tied to the Black Emporium Specifically or not (because this is where it happened three times)  but the game is crashing and saying the installation data is corrupt and i need to delete it and reinstall. Ive done this three times now and still nothing so any help you guys could give would be appreciated.
