I hate Origin. I really do. Bought physical copy on PC so I wouldn't have to download it through Origin. After four hours of trying to install from the discs I've had to give in and download it. I'm tempted to send the game back. Needless to say I'm never buying an EA game again. What a terrible company.

Well, i contacted with my region EA support via phone call - what she said is that she's very sorry, that it might be some manufacturer problem. Also said she's happy that i downloaded game itself, because new copies will take time. And yes they will gladly replace them, all i need is to send my game (whole box) to them (your region EA hq outpost - address should be on game instruction).
I hope they will somehow compensate us with some free dlc to this game.

I contacted EA as well and they are trying to get me a replacment disc for the broken one I have now and I don't blame them, buring a dvd is a very presice exsersie and if the disc and or the buring equipment had an off day its not their fault s*%( happens but about the DLC I agree
