12 years agoWell, i contacted with my region EA support via phone call - what she said is that she's very sorry, that it might be some manufacturer problem. Also said she's happy that i downloaded game itself, because new copies will take time. And yes they will gladly replace them, all i need is to send my game (whole box) to them (your region EA hq outpost - address should be on game instruction).
I hope they will somehow compensate us with some free dlc to this game.

I contacted EA as well and they are trying to get me a replacment disc for the broken one I have now and I don't blame them, buring a dvd is a very presice exsersie and if the disc and or the buring equipment had an off day its not their fault s*%( happens but about the DLC I agree
