Dragon Age: Inquisition installation of physical copy to Origin on PC

Install would get stuck at 49% for an hour and then the disc read error. Tried it 3 times now. And its brand new too...living far from any EQ HQ ( am in Indonesia). sending the disc back (Asia-Pacific edition - Hong Kong HQ) and getting a new one would cost me shipping and others. Is there any way to fix this?
