There are a few factors that affect load speeds in Dragon Age: Inquisition:

When you enable the Mantle API, load times are significantly longer than with DirectX.
Disabling Origin in-game increases load times (strangely enough).
Having online features enabled increases load times (e.g. uploading characters to the DA Keep).

I have a new PC.
AMD Ryzen 3 3100
16GB RAM
Geforce 1650 Super
SSD M.2 NVE - 3.3/2.2 GB/s

I played the game for several tens of hours and loading the maps was fast. Out of nowhere, the loading slowed down for about 2 minutes. I tried to fix the game, but it didn't help. I don't use any MOD.

  I run the game as an administrator and now I have again time for change maps about 15 to 20 seconds.
