@ConquerorThe2ndSolved this when i realized my .exe was running in Windows 8 compatibility mode.
Deactivated the compatibility mode (and unchecked the box of Full Screen optimizations disable, as well) and the loading.

Some people said, turn on Run As Admin helped too. (In my case, Admin Run makes the game no open. Probably cause i use Steam + Origin integration and both cant handle with, maybe. But if youre using only Origin, try, why not?)
