They just say to update the driver to the beta version, and i already did that, so i have no idea what else can i do.
Other games i can play normally, but Dragon Age Inquisition is freaking me out
I am having the issues, i5, 8gb ram, and 550ti and all I am getting is 20 fps or below, I could play at 60 fps, but out of nowhere now it won get past 20 or below. I have installed all the Direct x versions, i have lowered all settings and still no avail. I regret buying this so much, I cant pass a day withought it acting up. First it was the directx error, did a reformat of computer and now I get this, its random as hell.

Is the 93.5% the CPU usage? seems like its almost maxing out and bottlenecking your GPU. Also your processor has built in GPU as well, incase it is using that instead of the dedicated GPU. And since you're on a laptop you might have to change which GPU to use, along with energysaving features to maximum performance.
Try opening up the ingame console with § or ~ key (might depend on localisation).
Then type in PerfOverlay.DrawGraph On or True and then PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1
Instead of using whatever overlay software you're using at the moment.
