Dragon age Inquisition Pc Install/Download Size?

Hi so im extremely interested in buying the new Dragon Age game on pc but i have one problem. I cant get adsl internet or any kind of internet for that matter from where i live other than those little internet sticks that run 3/4G net which requires me to pay $10 per gigabite of internet ☹️ , So i guess my question is if i bought the new dragon age as a hardcopy from a store will the full game be on disk and i have to download a small update or will it be like when i bought crisis 3 and have to download the whole game. Id be greatful for any reply 🙂
