Does the Windows control panel recognize the Xbox controller? Have you tried different USB ports?

  Under Windows screen on settings device it just says controller I have I’m plug and plug it in in all of the USB plugs on the computer

  On the device management on my computer jesses controller The controller works for mass effect AndromedaPC version it’s just that one game that’s not recognising The controller
