DAI Missing from Account, bought in Origin Days
What the title says. I bought DAI in 2021 with the very same email I am using to log in now. Found my receipt too. Chat freezes.

Have you tried searching for the game manually in the EA app search bar?
Do you use a second EA account on this computer?Have yo utried cdlearin the cache on th eEA App I've noticed tha tsometimes games disappea rif you don' td othis every so often
They reverted my Dragon Age Origins edition from Ultimate to Standard when they switched to the EA app and havent been able to fix it. So I doubt they care.
