Does the Windows control panel recognize the Xbox controller? Have you tried different USB ports?

On the device management on my computer jesses controller The controller works for mass effect AndromedaPC version it’s just that one game that’s not recognising The controller

  Could you post a screenshot of your Windows control panel as well? Does Windows recognize it as a generic controller or as an Xbox controller?
  
  I tried an Xbox 360 controller once that somehow didn't get recognized as an Xinput controller, which this game requires.
