[Dragon Age Inquisition] possible mana/abilities bug (zero cost)

I just noticed that all abilities and spells now cost 0 mana or stamina. I first noticed that the 0 cost appeared in the menu, thinking it was a little bug but even in combat, I can cast any spell/ability whitout any cost!

I tried loading a previous save where all worked (minus 20 hours of gameplay at least) and the problem still appeared! Only my first save seems to work properly.

Is it a bug or do I have equipped a special item or something?!

Would be glad if someone could help...

    Help! I don't want to play twenty hours back from a previous save :-(

    Same here...gimme a little bit and I'll let you know if I resolve the issue. If not...nightmare and no armor the rest of the game!

    OK I just reached level 20, did you? I reloaded previous saves and mama cost is as before. Maybe it is a perk of reaching 20, but I'm not sure. I'd be interested if you did reach 20 as well. Maybe different specializations achieve different passive perks at level 20. I am a rift mage so it would make sense mana cost goes to 0 since the entire class is focused around spell cost reduction. Pure speculation though...

    Update: I am not sure what caused the bug, but after a few skirmishes my mana cost has been restored. It was fun while it lasted, but spamming spells made the game a little too easy. Hope it works itself out for you too.

    I did not reach level 20 yet so I do not think this is the reason. I tried several things and I think the problem cam from mana cost reducing equipment. I removed all of my stuff, came back to Skyhold and respecced my main character and the mana and stamina cost worked again.

    The good thing is that I did not have to use a previous save!
