dragon age inquisition problem- drinking healing potions won't restore my health

its shows that i did drink it but my health won't rise up..... :\
(it only happens with one character I have, with all the others it works fine)

Check your options to make sure you don't have the Rub Some Dirt On It trial turned on. It gives you only 1 health point per potion.
