So I assume you would like to purchase Dragon Age Inquisition in a digital form on your PC, right?
Could you tell me what's your country of residence? I'll check if the digital edition is available in your country 🙂
If it is available, you won't need Origin Access to purchase it 😉 And that world state creation feature, which you've mentioned, is called Dragon Age Keep - again, you only need the game to have access to it.

It's in the Philippines. I went from mall to mall and can only find copies for PS4 so it was a bummer. I went online and found that there are people selling the physical copy of the game, but I'm not sure how safe it will be or if it is legit. So, yeah, hoping that a digital download is available.

@SirFryingPan The best thing to do is go to Origin.com and search for the game to see if it is available in your region. This is the link to the US store but it should automatically default to your local page: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/dragon-age/dragon-age-inquisition

Thanks!It is a holiday weekend here in the US where EA is based, so I wouldn't expect an answer before Tuesday at this point. You may get lucky but I wouldn't hold my breath. I will post up a note to Mods as a reminder.
