@EA_Ataashi, thanks for the reply.
It's in the Philippines. I went from mall to mall and can only find copies for PS4 so it was a bummer. I went online and found that there are people selling the physical copy of the game, but I'm not sure how safe it will be or if it is legit. So, yeah, hoping that a digital download is available.
Thanks! Sorry about these kind of questions. I just created my EA account for this game. Also, this is not available through Steam, right? I've tried searching there, but to no avail.
@SirFryingPan The best thing to do is go to Origin.com and search for the game to see if it is available in your region. This is the link to the US store but it should automatically default to your local page: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/dragon-age/dragon-age-inquisition

Oh... It says I need to access Origins. I really don't wanna pay a monthly subscription for one game. Is there a way to purchase the GOTY edition without paying a monthly bill?

Where does it say that?
If the game is available with access it is also available as a normal buy.
Isn't there a prize displayed for DAI in your local Origin Shop?

@SirFryingPan On that page to the left of the screen under the description do you see a button with buy now like in the image below?

@SirFryingPan; There is no charge for EA/Origin. It is a totally free client that manages your EA games' purchases, downloads and library.
There is a monthly fee for Origin Access, but that's something else.
