Dragon age inquisition requires update everytime it starts

I'd installed the second update, and it seems to work okay, because search showed items as red spot on mini map.
However, everytime I start the game, the game said there's a new update available and asked me to update. Everytime the update finished, a message pops up that said the update was applied successfully, but (as I said before) the next time I started the game, I was told there is a new update again.
