Dragon Age Inquisition Save is gone even that the Dragons Keep is intact

Hello, Sometime ago i had EA Play so i played Dragon Age Origins and Dragon age 2, my Dragon Keep account is conected with my EA account... When i was playing Dragon age Inquisition in the middle of the campaign my PC had a bug and i stopped played and stop of being a user of the services of EA PLAY... What happens is that now i have Dragon Age Inquisition back but when i open the game, it's say is conected to my Dragon Keep accounts but there is no continue, only New Game and Multiplayer...  I'm uploading two screenshots, sorry but they are in portuguese(i'm brazilian). Im the DragonsKeep it show's my character normally but theres no continue in the game.
