Dragon Age Inquisition Screen flicker or card problem or drivers?

So another Dragon Age Inquisition graphics problem video.   Now this time though, I’m not so sure if it’s the game, the drivers or my card/s that’s bad or to hot that makes this happen, does anyone...

It happens to me semi-regularly on the XBone as well, so I doubt it's on your end at all.
