I don't think your system will run DAI. The processor is bare minimum (see Dragon Age Inquisition System Requirements. Intel internal HD graphics (unless something has changed) are generally unable to run newer games like DAI, and I think that's well below minimum system requirements.

Same goes for you. You also show an Intel internal HD graphics card. I'm just astounded that it started up at all.
I have 2 grafics second is geforce nvidia 650m but the problem is i play the game yesterday. i save it then shut down notebook and today when i try to launch nothing. if i dont have pc for it why i play it...

The dxdiag you listed does not show it, which means something in your system is not recognizing that it is there. Which could be part of your problem right there.
What can i do i use nvidia geforce experience i have latest drivers and other game have nvidia geforce grafic show up so i dont know where is problem I have notebook MSI GE 70
