Dragon Age Inquisition suddenly can't launch
So today i wanted to play DAI and when i launched the game from origin there was no response.After i launched it 5 times it showed me a message,that there is a problem and we try to solve it bla bla ...

Same problem here.
After some months not playing i wanted to get back in with the new DLC.
But nothing happens after klick on Play or the desktop icon.
Already deactivated Origin in game globaly and specially for this game.
Used the repair function, but nothing helps.
Since last playing i doesn't change anything, except for upgrading to Windows 10.
But that doesn't cause any problems on an other machine.
I really don't know what i should do else.
If possible i prefer to avoid a complete new install, because my internet is not the best.
that is exactly the same problem i have, i've uninstalled both origin and DA:I and still nothing.
Bought the game yesterday, was on sale...installed and nothing happens...I see the game exe running in the task manager and a process called activation UI appearing and disappearing and after like 6 seconds both processes close for good.
I tried all the tricks stated and nothing works.
Funny thing is if I start origin in Offline mode, an activation windows for DA:I opens and asks me for my login, which i then enter and nothing...keeps going like this forever.
I think I need to activate the game but can't...
One other thing I noticed is that the PC servers are down since yesterday...could that be related to why I can't seem to activate and play the game??
If this doesn't get sorted I'm gonna ask for a full refund...What a shame!
The server being down would be why you cant activate your DAI. Odd thing, tinkering around before work.. I deleted the contents of the "PATCH" folder.... fired right up. Hows that for a kick in the head.... Im re-patching to see if that is indeed the issue. Ill post what I find.
Yep, That did it. Plus, I have a shortcut that points to the DAI .exe file, not the origin file. I have it running as admin. not sure if that makes a difference or not....
