Regarding the results of playing a trial version, I do not know of any workaround to recover any save, sorry.
It would be helpful if you could fix the bigger problem, which is the Trial locking us out after three hours instead of six hours as this says.

I wonder what would cause that. Maybe it's tied to the framerate, since the trial was originally on Xbox One, which runs the game at a low 30fps.
In any case, no one here can fix this problem, because Answer HQ is a community driven forum and no one here is a software developer at BioWare.
Ok, thought Gorath might be involved based on his profile pic. I've had a ticket open for a while now. Tried to contact EA Chat but no one responded for over half an hour. 5 min response time my ---.
The original choices we were offered as Avatar options were very minimal, and only the Moderator types have access now to the fancy looking badge images. At the time I held the Hero's rank, it was only a mark of senior status, not a volunteer moderator level here. Most of the Trial Limit options have a single clock that keeps running the first time the game is started, and pays no attention to whether the gamer is actually playing or not.
The EA Help Center has a very faulty estimated waiting time clock onscreen for the Live Chat that has no real relationship to time unless it is at the 3-4 minute mark and less.
