dragon age Inquisition will not download Xbox 360

I'm honestly so tired of dealing with this. I got this game for Chrismas and I just got the 20GB HDD today. It will start to download and the then stop to say there is not free space when there is clearly plenty of space. Then in the storage, what is installed is corrupted. I need help or I will flip.
