Dragon Age Inquisition: Will Not Launch

I have looked at numerous discussion boards and have tried many solutions, yet I cannot get DOI to launch. I originally purchased this game on steam and have played it fairly regularly, until yesterday. I do not have AVG antivirus, and I have tried deleting that one player's folder that others have recommended. I did not start experiencing this problem until the EA app forced me to uninstall origin and "upgrade". I have also tried repairing the game on steam, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, repairing the EA app, and uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app. I have tried launching it from steam and the EA App, with and without administrator. I have the latest GPU driver for sure, and I know it can be ran with my current hardware. I am not sure what to do, and I would really like to be able to play this game again.

Hey @chococorgi can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

Make sure the game is installed on an internal SSD (versus HDD or external SSD connected via USB)

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

Hey @chococorgi can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

Make sure the game is installed on an internal SSD (versus HDD or external SSD connected via USB)

I am very sorry, but your solutions do not work for me. I was able to load Dragon Age: Inquisition just fine under Origin and enjoyed the game for hundreds of hours until the EA App was released and I was forced to change over to that app. I have not been able to play this game since. If you have any other way to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello!
I am having this same issue.
I have tried all the steps that have been listed. My game was playing fine an hour ago. But now after I finished doing a task it will not launch again. I am getting no error message. I am just trying to click play on the steam app, it says playing, then it opens the ea app, the EA app opens then closes with nothing appearing on screen, then it reopens and steam no longer says running. I have been trying for a long time to fix this.
Installed internally
No windows or GPU updates
Cleared EA app cash
Don't have other application that would be limiting the EA app
Also launch in Clean boot
Also uninstalled the EA app and Dragon age from Steam and reinstalled
I am getting very frustrated here as it was working just an hour ago.

Okay an update from me. I ended up just resetting my computer while keeping my personal files. I just got rid of everything else and that seemed to fix my problem. Don't know why but I am glad my game is working again. Kinda weird that I had to go to that length to get my game to start.
