If you are having trouble connecting, you can repair the game on your PC, check for updates, or soft reboot your console.

So this is still an issue for me on xbox. Did uninstall and reinstall, waited a few hours, and it will not connect me to the dragon age servers. It will for dragon age 2 just fine. But not inquisition.
Cannot connect to dragon age Inquisition server on frontend menu, please help, Xbox series x.
My Xbox account is linked to EA.
Note: I can connect to Dragon Age 2 servers on xbox series x.
Community ManagerSame here still! It says the exact same thing and just doesn't connect to servers. Like you said DA2 is fine but not Inquisition. I don't understand why this is a problem at this point still.

Hey! Is it just DAI you cannot connect to?
Are you playing through the EA app or Steam?
Is the game installed on the same drive as EA app/Steam is installed on?
Yes just DAI, won't connect to servers at all but DA2 does still just fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my Xbox, everything. But still won't connect to servers. My internet connection is great too so idk what the problem is. Maybe it's something in EA's side? And I'm playing on my Xbox One through EA Play and installed on my Xbox.
