Community Manager@AnotherSailor13 So depending on the issue it could be account related. Unless you were using a VPN or something blocking your login, your connection has nothing to do with it.
As for the game servers, there are no issues right now. Ive logged in on a personal act and a work act both connecting without issues.
When you launch the game, what is the exact error you get? Can you send me a screenshot?

i'm also been experiencing a similar problem, where as I'm on PS5 and i've been checking everyday for the past week to see if my problem was just the servers though as mentioned the servers are fine.
My exact error is:
Online Connection
Connection to the Dragon Age server has been lost.
i recently swapped my PSN account to this EA account from another. Though before I swapped I ran into the same issue.
Would it be possible that my PSN isn't correctly connected the servers Despite Dragon Age keep saying it's linked to my PSN?
And this would be the message that appears.
sadly i'm not even getting to that point on pc
