@thebigguy09876, more often than not, that error is because the EA account you are logged into doesn't actually own the game. That is what you need to figure out. When you log into the EA site, and you validate that accounts are linked correctly, the next step would be to contact live support. We cant go over entitlements and account issues like they can. Every account I look at myself doesn't own the game when they get this error, so once you verify that accounts are linked correctly, support is the next step. Its not a technical issue, its an account issue.
