Dragon Age: Inquisition won't launch from EA apps

I tried to play Dragon Age: Inquisition from EA apps, when i click play, it does nothing but a message appear. It said "failed to launch the game". I tried to fix it with many solution from the forum, clear cache, uninstall/install the game and EA apps, firewall and antivirus, etc.

Please Help Me!

If you are still having an issue with the game, can you attach a DxDiag?
