I was having the same issue. Going through and re-downloading all DLC (Jaws and Decent, in my case) worked without having to delete any content or saves.

Community Admin@bakershuksan Thanks for the confirmation. It's certainly a strange issue, but it seems that a reinstall should fix it for folks now.
