Your DxDiag file shows under issues DA:I and ashwooka.dll, which ashwooka is a file from Avast. Thus your issue is 99% likely being Avast needing global exclusions for Origin, DAI, and DAI saves folder.

@Evertanis; The solution is the same, uninstall Avast/AVG and get something that actually works and doesn't interfere with legitimate programs.
(And there are no employees in this chain, just us fellow gamers. 😇 )
I think he was talking about EA Tom, who in the second post(the one right below the accepted solution) said to post a DxDiag so he could look at it, when trying to help the original poster.
Community managers will not come in often, they don't check every post of every thread of every forum, especially if they see a Hero or champion has posted a reasonable response. You have ashwooka.dll issue, which is Avast. You fix that issue and IF you still have an issue, then post back with updated DxDiag, and maybe something else can be tried. If you don't like me telling you this, I am sorry, but having EA Tom or another Community manager tell you, will not change the issue or the correction needed to fix it.
