Dragon Age Inquisition Won't Launch

So I reinstalled the game after some years away and on a new PC. It seems Origin doesn't exist anymore and the EA app handles all now. But for the life of me I can't do anything to launch Dragon Age ...

    @andresdecide Hey, honestly I am not sure why unless the issue with the ISP was blocking a connection which some have before, and when systems were restored on their end an update happened. I had not changed anything on my end to get it to work. DAI is doesn't have an online access or anything so besides replacing the entire game, no changes here would have been made to resolve it.

There are some Windows update errors and a "LiveKernelEvent" error in your DxDiag, so it seams the commands did not fixed the relevant data inside windows. 

  • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
  • Into the new window, type or copy & paste:  "%temp%"   (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
  • Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
    (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

Then:

  • Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
  • Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
  • At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "intensive" > Browse.
  • If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
  • When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
  • Restart the PC > Reinstall the newest version of EA app from here.
  • Repair DAi. > Test.

So I new development! After a while I got a new message while trying to open the game "Game license is invalid". I'm online, so I cleared the cache as the link indicates (aka App Recovery") but it didn't work. Could it be that there's a conflict between my original Origin License and the new Epic Games one since I have the game on both accounts? 

I'll refrain from taking any steps before hearing from you...

    • Make sure EA app and Steam/Epic are closed.
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
    • Delete the "License" folder.
    • Test

      I followed the steps and I either get an infinte "Launching game" or and error code that's always a different number...

        By the way, this is the number of my latest error report: a4f54386-7377-4150-8920-cb1003e3cbca

        Still can't launch the game...
