lol, i fixed it!
i just checked my dxdiag and it said its directx10!
damn vista - i had to install a vista update to make directx10 update to dx11
now the game starts fine! such a simple sollution 😉
thanks for making me post the dxdiag, showed me the error!
guys check if your running on vista! if so u need to install update (KB971512 which is optional)

Hey, the game won't start up on my laptop either, can you see the problem here?
In order to use a dual core Intel I7 processor with Hyperthreading, your core speeds must be much faster than only 2.0 GHz. You also must have a real GPU, not anything from Intel.
