Get the latest drivers for it direct from nVIDIA and re-run the 64-bit version of DxDiag, go to the graphics tab, and read what it shoiws there. if it's still the IGP chip, you have either got a broken GPU card, or a cable plugged into the wrong video port.

Your Geforce drivers are from 2013. For this game, that means they are almost certainly too old. You also have only a laptop running just the back half of a real GPU. Because so much is missing, you must manually control the GPU using the Geforce Control Panel, but do that after you update the drivers properly.
