Dragon Age Inquisition won't start

So I bought Dragon Age Inquisition, and installed it on my computer, but when I try to start the game, it never starts.  I mean I get nothing, my cursor turns into that loading symbol, but then nothi...

    I had the same problem in the last two days. In my case the solution was simply to disable Origin in Game (Right Click on the game in the library --> Game Properties --> General tab --> clear the box "Enable Origin In Game for Dragon Age: Inquisition - Game of the Year Edition").

open task manager and try booting the game, for me i noticed the main exe appearing for a few secs, then vanishing, but also the exe ActivationUI (inside the core folder) is loaded, and jsut sits there in taskmanager, never doign anything. Thats how it is for me anyway. You can check to see what the error is either way by going to:

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Action Center\Reliability Monitor

It lists all crashes and such, even if it doesnt seem apparent when it actually crashes

    I found the reliability monitor, and I found all the DA:I crashes, but it won't give any information about the crash, and it doesn't find any fixes to the problem :/

      Well, why buying the game, if it freezes with "cloud blabla synchronizing" and nothing happens if you press "play the game" within  the Origin menu? Somenone should warn people trying to buy this as a gift (especially before Xmas), as I got mine: you buy something that the receiving one won't be able to use, that is all, if you buy the online redeem code for the game. Better to buy a plush toy, then. Otherwise: waste of money.
