Let's start with clearing your Origin Cache. This may help to delete your corrupted files from your game updates/downloads.
To perform this, unhide first your hidden files, folders and drivers by going to the"Control Panel".
Then, click on "Appearance and Personalization" and then, "Folder Options".
After that click on "View" tab. Under Advanced settings, click "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" and then click "OK"
Click on "Start button" and type in the window search bar C:\ProgramData\ and press Enter.
There will be a new window that will pop up on the screen. Look for "Origin" folder and delete it.
After that, on the window search bar, type in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\ and look for the "Origin" Folder and delete it.
Then, locate the C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\ by typing on your window search bar and look for Origin folder as well to delete it.
Next is, launch your Origin (run it as administrator by right clicking on origin Icon and choose run as administrator) then, login to your account and disable the Origin in-game overlay by clicking on "Origin" on the left corner of the page the choose "Application Settings" > "Origin In Game" > and Uncheck Origin In Game.
