@raurbanfix and @Finakechi. When I was searching a fix for my problem, I saw around that ppl with win 8.1 had an windows update at around the same time as the game and there were too many ppl talking about it to make me think this was not a coincidence.
Untill bioware solves this with another patch, would it be possible to rollback your windows to its previous state?
@Also, @Finakechi, that is a sweet system. There was a little drool on my part over here... haha.
@raurbanfix, if my cenozoic pc runs this game at minimum settings any other system is capable. Whatever they did, with the black screen... dunno... sounds like the crashing happens when the game tries to load something in the system.
I know it's a pain in the behind, but since the fix can take a while to come and weekend is here, maye give it a last try? Roll back and do a clean install. Use CCleaner too. 🙂
My issue was different, my system is also slightly diff ( link ) and older and I managed to make it work again. Not only that but now I'm able to MOD IT!!! The Mod Manager always crashed before.
Haha thanks, GTX970 is so worth the upgrade.
Anyways yeah maybe? I honestly don't pay enough atteantion to my Windows updates to know which ones were installed in that particular time frame.
