not sure if this helps or is right?
Do you use Mods?
Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
In clean boot:
- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
- Make sure any CORSAIR/GIGABYTE Control Center/Asus software is disable or deinstalled and that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.
- Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC

Hi thank you for the response.
This was the first time I had installed the game on this pc.
I only tired using the mod loaders to see if game was able to launch through them, No mods in use.
I preformed a clean boot as shown in pic attached, uninstalled all corsair and gigabyte software I could find and only mouse and keyboard plugged into pc.
Have attached DxDiag while in clean boot.
But still no look in launching game!

One thing to try that is simple but I noticed the crash for DAi was PCA which is I think Program Compatibility Assistant....which I think means your Windows 11 system may be having issues running the older game for some reason....so have you tried running the game in compatibility mode for Win7 or Win10??

There are still many crashes of the "GIGABYTE Control Center" software. Did you deinstalled this software as well?

Hi
I did go it my BIOS and disable gigabyte control centre with no luck in fixing the issue.
I got the game launching after making a new user profile on my pc.
I did also mange to get it working on my main profile by following steps 3 and 4 of this YouTube video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1fI4m3q5Fk
Now I cant say that all the other steps didn't help to the overall fix as I was using this and other forums.
Thank you for all the help.
