Dragon Age Inqusition Jaws of Hakkon DLC question

Hi sorry I am incredibly frustrated with this and I will try to be civil. I have downloaded the DAI DLC Jaws of Hakkon and its not playable. As in I cant find it post download. I ve checked my online...

Is this in the same area as Frostback Basin? I went there just to see what level I had to be and many cut scenes mentioned the Hakkon's. I know Frostback Basin is located on the war table map.

Yes, Frostback Basin is the area of Jaws of Hakkon.
