Hey Everyone,
If you are not able to log into the keep still, please post me the following info.
- 2 years agoBro it feels like this is purely server side. The dragon age keep website is not working. I also cannot access everything I have unlocked so far using the Golden Nug.

@lelouch0000 That is because it is server-side. When players report these issues, they want that info as a standard bug-tracking format which is why we ask for it every time issues are reported.

There was no connection to the Keep yesterday, it was just down. I would guess it was due to the general problems EA had with their only services.
It works again for me now, and I would assume for everyone else as well.

hi, just bought Dragon Age Inquisition again and I'm having the same issues with being unable to open the Keep. It won't load anything, I just get a site pop-up that says "oops, an error occurred. please refresh the page and retry". reloading the page has no effect. is this just how we have to play the game now? with the default worldstate? cause if so, yikes.

very disappointed in the support for the Dragon Age games tbh, like i've accepted that y'all have written DA:O off but the newest game?? the one with a sequel coming out??? yikes lmao. this genuinely makes me not want to play the game i literally JUST bought (DA:I) because i can't use my own worldstate. which is a big deal for me tbh. i've been a diehard Dragon Age fan since i discovered DA: Origins but i'm just getting more and more bummed as we get closer to Dreadwolf (cause support for all previous games is basically nonexistent).

Any other errors? NoI'm having the same issue. After logging in, it just shows Internal Error 500 as in the first image. Clicking the home button leads to the second image ("Oops, an error occurred"), and refreshing gets the same result. I've tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, each time clearing cache and history, and all have the same problem. I also got the same problem. I really hope this can be fixed soon; I was looking forward to starting my first playthrough with a persistent world state after finishing DA 2 today.

Same problem, nothing fixed yet

Same issue here. Would add a screenshot but its more of the same.

Exactly the same error as the people before me, the problem started yesterday. I was in the middle of creating a World State when it stopped working.

Chiming in to say that I'm having the same issues. Hoping to get a world state figured out soon so I can start a new play though.

Having the same issue for the past couple hours. Tried with both Chrome and Edge, yet I keep getting the Internal Server Error 500 message. Cleared my browser cache, etc, and no dice.
