So I have been wanting to use the keep to make sure i had the right file synched to my account when i got this error on my phone. I then went to my computer to try to see if it was the fault of my phone but nope there too. If anyone knows how to fix this or who to call to get it fix please let me know.
Internal server errors aren't uncommon for the Keep, which is unfortunate, but they do tend to resolve after a bit. I currently have access.

It's been a couple of days, are you still facing the 500 Internal Server error?
If so, it might be worth clearing your browser's cache before trying again. That workaround worked for some players, along with using a different browser altogether.
