Dragon Age Keep and Dragon Age Inquisition not syncing world states

Question

I have my world state in Dragon Age Keep and it says it's already exported to Dragon Age Inquisition, but when I attempt to make a new save in DAI and import a custom world, it only gives me the option to use the default world state. Nothing I've done has helped this yet and I'm almost at a loss for what could possibly be the problem. As far as I can tell I'm properly logged in both on keep and inquisition, and it seems like the only issue is that inquisition can't properly download the information it needs for the custom world state.

If it helps at all, I'm on PC, and I downloaded the dragon age games through steam.

@oliveroilxx&nbsp;It will always say default world state. the only way to change the name is in the keep for the ones you have saved.

What I do is rename in the keep the date, or whatever you want, and then import it and lock it. Go in game, create a new character, import the state. That way the one you import will be the one you saved since it does not show the name.
