Dragon Age Keep gives 504 Gateway Time-out error everytime.

@kenshodave Hmmm, it sounds like a potential account issue. If you have an alternate account or a throwaway can you try logging in with that to test?

So i'm currently having the same issue, as soon as i pick the log in button it gives me 504 error

@Kaelazak I take it that the steps above don't work for you either?

Checking it now it loaded fine for me, can you check again if it was a temporary issue?

Hi @EA_David,

I've tried pretty much every trick I know to sign in to DA Keep with this account, including using VPNs and web proxies. In the end, I tried making a new account, and this time, it works perfectly.

I also signed into DA Keep in-game, and was able to retrieve my saved games when I bought a new laptop, so the only problem is signing into the DA Keep website.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks before! 🙂
