So either the support team was clueless or was just trying to shift the blame. Both the people I talked to kept trying to make it seem like it was something on my end, or that I was doing something wrong. When the whole time the problem was on their end
Yup it's a problem on their side too many people are concerned by that problem for a 5yo game.
Same here. I hope they do fix the problem and not abandon it just because it's an older game.
Please fix this already, i know you guys are busy with Anthem and Apex Legends, but its been over a day already and weekend is coming up. I hope not to wait whole weekend for this to get fixed.
