I'm actually relieved to see it's not just me... I was starting to get utterly frustrated with this.
Tried every troubleshooting I could think of, went back and forth and still nothing is working.
I contacted them on their twitter https://twitter.com/DragonAgeKeep but still no reply and nothing at all to acknowledge this is happening. Bit annoyed cause I'm off for a week and really wanted to have some DA:I fun.
Hope they fix it soon and it's not completely forgotten behind the new games.
They owe an explanation. Instead of prioritizing a * game like Anthem they need to address their DA user-base.

Same issue here. Platform PC i will try to submit next ticket maybe it will make them hurry.

+me too. Everything was working fine on Wednesday. Reached out to support to add my ticket to the pile lol
