I'm having the same problem! I was able to import a custom world state and start a new character with it just a week ago. Now, I'm only given the default state and no options. Accounts are definitely connected - must be a server issue..? :<

Same issue here. I’ve imported custom world states before, but can’t do so as of this morning.

And here I thought that after a few years some issues should be solved. Coming back today for the game after 4 or 5 years... had a few minutes constructing my tapestry. For nothing... I can't import the world state. Shame.
When was the last time you were able to successfully import your World State into the game?
Sunday (24 February). Been successfully importing world states since early days. Until today.

I have the same issus, and tried everything but it seems that nothing is working...
Me too - same problem. Thought I'd give the game another whirl, but I don't get the option to select the custom world state I imported from the keep, just the default world state. Annoying.

#96 worked for me as well. Once I saw that it was looking for a custom world state again I turned all the account settings back on again and it still recognized my custom state. So hopefully it is smooth sailing from here. Much thanks.
