I’ve been using the keep just fine for a long time (XBox One, by the way), but now when I go to create a new game, I don’t get the custom worldstate. It just automatically loads the default. I’ve looked at all the basic fixes for this but they don’t apply to my game - everything is how to should be...it just won’t load my worldstate.

just called and got a "we did all we could to help you but non of the troubleshooting steps worked so sorry and good luck" i hope they fix this soon
